Who We Are

MPrints offers a variety of career awareness, career development, and career transition services targeted for high school students, college students, and professionals from a variety of sources, including organizations, churches, and corporations.  

Odell L. Brown, CIA, CPA, PHR serves as President of MPrints. His coaching style aims to work with the entire heart, mind and spirit of his clients, rather than just touching on the individual problem.  Odell cherishes the belief that his clients are more than the sum of their parts.  He seeks to understand the entire being as he embarks on the coaching process, and encourages his clients to find the solutions themselves.

Our Coaching Philosophy:  It's not the job of the coach to solve all of  the clients' problems, but to support and lead clients in a way that they're able to find the solutions themselves.
